APV DELTA AP-1
The DELTA AP1 valve is an aseptic diaphragm valve, which comes in two versions - the Techno and the Econo. Each is available in a hand-operated and a pneumatic actuated version.
The valves are equipped with a unique diaphragm fan support to significantly extend diaphragm lifetime.



APV DELTA MS4 & MSP4
The DELTA MS4 and MSP4 aseptic single seat valves are designed for aseptic applications in the food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The valves are available in shut-off or change-over design as well as for manifold or tank outlet applications.

The APV DELTA DE3 double seat valve combines all the advantages of a modern mixproof valve: waterhammer protection, leakage free change-over operation, as well as easy service and maintenance. For applications which do not require a seat lifting device, the APV DELTA DE3 provides a cost effective alternative to the super-technology of the APV DELTA DA3+ valve. Due to its hygienic design, the APV DELTA DE3 valve is ideal for applications in industries such as brewery, beverage, dairy, as well as within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.



APV DELTA DA3+
The hygienic double-seat mixproof valve APV DELTA DA3+ is the result of continued development and improvement of the APV DELTA D3+, which has proved to be successful for many years. One of the advantages is that after upper or lower seat lifting during the CIP pipeline cleaning, spraying of the leakage chamber is not imperative, due to the efficient cleaning of the leakage chamber being carried out by seat lifting.

The APV DELTA SD4 valve is available as a shut-off valve in 4 standard housing configurations. Other configurations are available on request.

The APV DELTA butterfly valves from SPX are stop valves, which can be actuated either manually or pneumatically. The valves are very robust and reliable and the space saving design makes them ideal for nearly all applications - a flexible valve which is very easy to install and to service.

APV ParaTube (tube-in-tube heat exchangers) can be supplied with either straight tubes or corrugated tubes. They all follow a similar construction format with a single tube or number of smaller tubes enclosed within an outer shell. They are available in the four configurations and can be manufactured as a fully-welded design, with removable end caps or with built-in thermal expansion protection of O-rings or packing between the shell and tube bundle.

Product range APV ParaTube 

Corrugated Double Tube (CDT) - The APV ParaTube CDT consists of a single corrugated tube concentrically positioned in a larger diameter outer tube. Tube diameters vary according to flows and the size of any particulates which may be present. The double tube offers a completely unrestricted flow path down the center tube. This design makes them particularly well suited for heating or cooling products with very high pulp or fiber content, or products which contain a substantial quantity of particulates which must be processed with a minimum loss of identity.

Corrugated Triple Tube (CTT)

The APV ParaTube CTT consists of a center tube concentrically positioned in a middle tube which is concentrically located in the outer tube. Stainless steel spacers are used to keep the tubes properly separated. The result is an annular space where heat transfer effectively occurs from both sides. The triple tube is generally applied to high viscosity or Newtonian fluids which may or may not contain small fibers or particulates.

Corrugated Quadruple Tube (CQT)

The APV ParaTube CQT is a unique design that allows significant flexibility in annulus gap to optimize heat transfer and pressure drop. It allows balancing of flow rates and pressure drop ratios between the inner and outer annulus. This feature is critical to successful heat transfer of laminar and/or non-Newtonian fluids, particularly when applying it to product-to-product regeneration.

Corrugated Multi Tube (CMT)

The APV ParaTube CMT consists of smaller diameter corrugated tubes aligned in parallel within a larger diameter outer shell. Because of the number of tubes within a shell, this design maximizes heat transfer surface in a given volumetric space. The CMT is ideal for heating or cooling duties of lower viscosity products or those containing whole juice cells or pulp. Regeneration is indirect, and we can provide conical tubesheet on the inlet of each module for juice with some pulp.

The self-priming Ws+ is designed to handle CIP return and other fluids with entrained air and foam. The unique design reduces the energy consumption and noise of traditional liquid ring pumps by using a high efficiency impeller that can be trimmed to match a specific duty. The Ws+ employs a built in eccentric air screw to form the liquid ring required for its self−priming capability.
     • 20-90% more efficient than other liquid rings due to improved fluid flow through pump.
     • Performance optimised by matching impeller size to duty.
     • Low noise level : Due to its hydraulic design the noise level of the Ws+ is significantly lower than traditional liquid ring pumps.
     • 3A (optional) and EHEDG approved.
     • Interchangeable with W+ parts. Inventory is reduced by sharing common parts.
     • Less prone to damage. Small objects can pass through pump with minimal damage.

The pump is approved by the EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment & Design Group) as a hygienic pump and is also approved according to the American 3A standard (optional). Consequently the pump can be used as a CIP as well as a first class hygienic product pump.
